December 2024 report archive: this North America luxury-market edition was presented by Mountain Rose Realty and Anne-Britt Ostlund. The two original graphics compare November 2023 with November 2024, not December transactions. Their compiled-market results should not be treated as a separate Telluride market sample.
The original article linked a 24-page report covering Telluride and other US and Canadian markets. The readable tables below transcribe the two graphics preserved on this page.

The graphic labels this segment a seller's market, with a 22.47% sales ratio for November 2024. Its 98.06% sale-to-list ratio is a median. It does not mean every seller received that share of an asking price.
Total sold rose from 11,845 to 14,504, approximately 22.5%, and new listings rose from 14,106 to 15,281, approximately 8.3%. The sales ratio increased by 1.18 percentage points. Median days on market increased from 24 to 32, so the sales increase alone does not show that every property sold faster.

The attached segment is labeled balanced, with a 16.18% sales ratio and a 98.42% median sale-to-list ratio. Total sold increased approximately 7.7%. Total inventory increased approximately 22.5%, from 19,612 to 24,022; the approximately 7.0% increase applies to new listings, from 5,478 to 5,862. The sales ratio fell by 2.22 percentage points, rather than by 2.22% relative to its prior value.
The original accompanying narrative reported median luxury threshold prices of $900,000 for single-family homes and $700,000 for attached homes. The graphics state that their median prices represent properties above the respective city benchmark prices. The thresholds are therefore part of the report's luxury segmentation, not universal definitions of a luxury property.
The narrative listed single-family median sale prices of $7,000,000 in Telluride, $5,987,500 in Naples, $4,000,000 in Fort Lauderdale, and $3,729,710 in Los Angeles Beach Cities. For attached homes, it listed Naples at $2,475,000, San Francisco at $2,237,500, Telluride at $2,100,000, and Greater Boston at $2,000,000. These are preserved as figures attributed to the original narrative; the two summary graphics do not independently supply the city-level tables or complete methodology.
That listed comparison places Telluride first among those single-family examples, but below Naples and San Francisco for attached homes. It does not support the former claim that Telluride had the highest median in both categories or establish a ranking across every North American market.
The article's publication date is December 11, 2024. The Federal Reserve's December 18, 2024 statement subsequently lowered its target range to 4.25%–4.50%. That later decision cannot be presented as an already completed event on December 11 or as proof of what caused November sales. Expectations about further 2025 cuts, buyer preferences, and future price strength were forecasts, not measured results in these graphics.
