Choosing a real estate agent is a decision about services, communication and fit for the property and transaction. For Anne-Britt Ostlund at Mountain Rose Realty, start with the public sources below and a direct conversation about the work you need.
The Mountain Rose Realty Zillow profile is a place to look for reviews. Read the dates, transaction descriptions and recurring themes, and compare them with other agents you are considering. This page does not independently authenticate every review or assert that Zillow verifies every reviewer’s transaction.
Reviews can describe a person’s experience, but they do not guarantee another client’s result. For a comparable reference, ask about a transaction with a similar property type, location and service need, subject to the former client’s permission.
The Telluride Association of Realtors directory lists Anne-Britt Ostlund with Mountain Rose Realty and managing-broker membership categories. That association entry is a useful external reference for the brokerage relationship; it is not a substitute for a current state license record.
Use the Colorado Division of Real Estate license lookup to review the matching individual or business record, including status and any history available there. Match the name and brokerage carefully. This article does not report a freshly verified license status or disciplinary history.
A biography or a brokerage’s own About page explains how it presents its services, but it is not independent proof of every credential. This page does not substitute unsupported tenure, neighborhood-residency or donation claims for records.
The site provides a Telluride community guide and an About page. If your search extends to Mountain Village, Aldasoro, Ski Ranches, Wilson Mesa, Ophir, Rico, Silverton, Norwood, Placerville or Ridgway, ask directly about the services and experience relevant to that location. A broad service-area list does not by itself establish experience with every property type or neighborhood.
Use the contact page, call 970-759-4886 or email ab@mountainroserealty.co to discuss your plans with Anne-Britt Ostlund. The site lists 220 E Colorado Ave, Suite 211, Telluride, CO 81435; confirm meeting arrangements before visiting.
