April 2023 arts-announcement archive: this post shared a Telluride.com notice about Sheridan Arts Foundation auditions for Meet Me in St. Louis. The original event URL is no longer available. The dates below belong to that historical notice.
The April 2023 article listed auditions for May 15 and 16 from 3:30 to 9 p.m. at the Sheridan Opera House, with callbacks on May 18 from 5 to 9 p.m. It described the production as the Foundation’s third annual Not-So-Young People’s Theater offering. The stage production should not be confused with the 1944 Judy Garland film referenced in the original article.
The original text also mentioned all-ages participation, musical-theater workshops, stagecraft classes, and Broadway guest speakers. Those additional details are not independently substantiated by an organizer record in this archive and should not be treated as confirmed historical program features or current offerings.
Anne-Britt Ostlund’s original introduction expressed support for the Sheridan Arts Foundation and Telluride’s local arts community. For current performances, educational programs, casting criteria, audition dates, and tickets, use the Sheridan Opera House’s official website.
