This is the archived September 12–18, 2024 travel update attributed to the Telluride Tourism Board. The page was published September 11. Its two-week forecast, festival-weekend comparison and winter outlook cover different periods and should not be combined into one occupancy figure.

The reported two-week destination total occupancy was 45%, pacing 7% behind the comparable 2023 period. For Blues and Brews weekend specifically, total occupancy was 69%, 3% below the prior festival comparison, with ADR flat at $623. The forecast's Friday and Saturday peaks were 74%, followed by 66% on Sunday evening. Those daily festival figures are distinct from the two-week average.
Winter 2024–25 advance total occupancy was reported 14% ahead, paid occupancy 8% ahead and ADR 3% lower, producing a reported 4% increase in RevPAR. All winter months were pacing ahead, with March showing the most growth. December's lead had narrowed to 6% above the prior comparison. These were changing booking forecasts, not completed winter results.

At publication, September air bookings were approximately even to slightly ahead and October was flat. Overall summer pace was reported 10–12% ahead, with capacity and traffic gains in shoulder periods. The source cautioned that local travelers using added Denver capacity could make visitor growth smaller than total air-booking growth.
The original Denver Air Connection shoulder-sale announcement advertised fares from $129 to Denver and Phoenix, with Merchant Pass details expected later. Neither that fare nor the promised announcement is a current offer.

For current visitor information, use the Telluride Tourism Board Peak Sheet. Check flights with the airline and distinguish Telluride Regional Airport (TEX) from Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ). Denver Air Connection publishes its current booking information; historical fares and schedules below are not offers available today.
The archive shows how a festival weekend and a longer reporting window could have different booking patterns in September 2024. Its percentages do not establish current lodging demand or the value of a home. For a property comparison, ask Mountain Rose Realty about current property-level records rather than applying destination averages to one address.
