Lodging Update
Telluride’s lodging occupancy is tracking 1% ahead year-over-year (YOY) through the end of March, currently sitting at 56%. The upcoming week is significantly ahead of the same period in 2024, though a YOY decline is expected in the last week of March due to the timing of last year’s Easter holiday.

Air Travel Update

Telluride’s air traffic remains strong through the end of March. While March is pacing steady to slightly down YOY, early April numbers are off a few points due to the absence of the Easter holiday this year. Overall, the winter season is down about 4% in air travel.
