The April 2025 report records March 2025 Telluride luxury-market results in separate property-type tables: a 6% single-family sales ratio and a 5% attached-home sales ratio. Both were classified as buyer's markets by the report. These historical figures do not describe current conditions or forecast buyer behavior, seasonal demand, or future results.

The report identified a $1,500,000 luxury benchmark and reported a 6% sales ratio, a 96.46% median sale-to-list ratio, a $6,210,000 median sale price, and 112 median days on market, compared with 84 in March 2024. The $10,000,000–$10,999,999 band had a 100% sales ratio.
The separate attached table used a $500,000 luxury benchmark and reported a 5% sales ratio, a 95.99% median sale-to-list ratio, a $2,784,000 median sale price, and 46 median days on market, compared with 140 in March 2024. The $2,500,000–$2,999,999 band had a 25% sales ratio.
The report defined a buyer's market as a sales ratio below 12%, balanced as 12% up to 21%, and seller's as 21% or higher. A sales ratio compares sold listings with listings available at month-end. The source reports active and sold properties, excludes pending properties, and notes that its square-foot table omits records without disclosed square-foot data.
