This archive preserves the September 2022 Telluride luxury-market update. Its written summary refers to August 2022 and should not be read as a description of today’s inventory or selling conditions.
Watch the original September 2022 update on YouTube. The public page identifies that edition and shows a 3-minute-13-second duration.
The original text also said homes were selling faster “at 62% compared to August 2021.” It did not identify whether 62% meant a change in days on market, a sales ratio or another measure. Without a denominator and definition, that statement cannot establish how much faster homes sold. The historical wording is recorded here as a source ambiguity, not repeated as a verified speed statistic.
An inventory count alone does not explain a sale-to-list ratio, and the article’s proposed causal connection between them was not supported by transaction-level evidence. A prominent price band also does not prove that a majority of all sales occurred there. Compare the same property class, geography and time period before using these observations in a decision.
The original Mountain Rose Realty report directory remains a resource link, but it does not identify an exact permanent copy of the described 24-page report. The retained video is the specific archived presentation for this page.
