Date correction: this page’s original title names the 2024 Telluride Mushroom Festival, but its January 2025 announcement linked to the 2025 event. The 2024 festival ran August 14–18; the Telluride Institute’s 2025 event record gives August 13–17, 2025. This archive separates those editions instead of presenting the mixed dates as a current ticket offer.

The linked 2025 Humanitix event record identifies Team Mushroom as the event host and describes the festival as its 45th year. The original article advertised a February 4, 2025 ticket release. That announcement does not concern the already-completed 2024 festival, and the ticket record now labels the 2025 event as past.
Telluride Institute is the festival’s nonprofit home; Team Mushroom handles festival operations. The program takes place across Telluride venues, rather than at one venue implied by a generic South Oak Street location.
The organizer’s festival overview explains the guided forays, talks, community gatherings, culinary programming, vendors and parade. It is the appropriate starting point for a later edition’s schedule. The original “largest in the world” and sellout claims are not needed to understand the event and are not established here.
Check the edition year, pass inclusions, venue locations and workshop requirements directly with Telluride Institute. A historical program is not a promise that a named speaker, activity or free class will return. The original festival photographs and their credit are preserved with this archive.
