
Telluride PEAK SHEET | July 17 – 23: Music, Art & Summer Magic in the San Juans

The flowers are poppin' up high and monsoon season is (hopefully!) on the way this week - It definitely feels like summertime in the San Juans! We hope you are enjoying every single moment outdoors, plus checking out some of the amazing events we have going on this week as well.
It's a big week for music at the Sheridan Opera House, with Blind Pilot performing tomorrow, The Secret Sisters on Sunday, plus the Telluride Americana Festival with Django Walker, Cory Morrow, Jack Ingram, Calder Allen and Jon Randall on Friday and Saturday night. Plus, over at The Alibi, you can catch Liver Down the River on Thursday, Duncan Coker on Friday and H^NK on Saturday. The weekly suspects will also be at it again, with Sean Deland playing at the Telluride Farmers' Market, The Gold Kings at the Sheridan Old Bar on Thursday, Apres Nova taking over the Mountain Lodge on Friday, and Maya de Vitry playing Music on the Green on Friday while Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band plays next Wednesday's Sunset Concert Series. Our West End friends can also enjoy some Chamber Music at The Livery on Thursday!
The Ah Haa's HAHA also takes place this weekend, with immersive art installations, creative cocktails and tasty treats on Friday and Saturday, plus Little Giggles (for the kids) on Sunday.
Town Park will also be bopping soon - Telluride Theatre's Annual Shakespeare in the Park runs on the Town Park Stage from July 19 - 27 (this year is "The Two Gentlemen of Verona"), and the Telluride Baseball Festival runs July 21 - 27 on the diamonds.
Other weekly events worth checking out include Market on the Plaza and free wine tastings on Wednesdays, Town Talks, Historic Walking Tours and Peaks Pours on Tuesdays, Mind Blown on Fridays and Saturdays, the Telluride Farmers' Market on Fridays, and Movies Under the Stars on Saturdays (this week is "Snow White").
