There is an abundance of music this week around town to enjoy, starting with live music from Thursday to Sunday (plus Sunday Rehab) at Alloy Kitchen, the Gold Kings on Thursday at the Sheridan Historic Bar, Music on the Green on Friday with the Jon Stickley Trio, Chill With Chamber Music on Thursday at The Livery, a SummerSHOW with Selasee on Thursday in the Oak Street Pocket Park, and the Sunset Concert Series With Mighty Mystic on Wednesday. Shakespeare in the Park continues this week with this year's performance of "Henry V" through Saturday (no show Thursday), and other entertainment this week includes the Young People's Theater with "The Music Man" on Friday at the Sheridan Opera House, Mind Blown on Friday and Saturday at The Peaks Resort & Spa, a showing of "The Nugget: A Telluride Restoration Story" at the Sheridan Opera House on Saturday, and a book signing with Micheline Klagsbrun on Tuesday at Fringe Gallery.
If wine is more your vibe, be sure to check out The National's Summer School on Sunday or their weekly Weird Wine Wednesdays, or a free tasting at the Mountain Village Wine Merchant on Wednesdays and their Telluride location on Thursdays.
Other notable events include Thursday's Hike Into History in Keystone Gorge, the Telluride Mountain Club's Party in the Park (get your tickets now before they're gone) on Thursday as well, Town Talks on Tuesday at the Sheridan Opera House (special location this week), the Baseball Festival continues through Sunday in Town Park, and Box Canyon Races in the (you guessed it) box canyon on Saturday.
