Horror Show and the end of the fall event season
Telluride Horror Show was listed for October 13–15, not the entire October 13–22 Peak Sheet period. The introduction described horror, suspense, thriller, dark fantasy, science fiction and dark comedy films, plus book signings, campfire tales and trivia. A festival listing does not establish that every film or activity was suitable for all ages.
The introduction highlighted the October 13 Lamplight Cemetery Tour at Lone Tree Cemetery, the last Farmers’ Market on Oak Street and the last weekend of live music at Altezza. It named Desert Child and Après Nova for the End of Season Get Down at The Alibi. These were dated seasonal notices.

- Seth Harris Poetry Performance Workshop: October 17, 5–7 p.m., Wilkinson Public Library.
- October 18: Field Trips for Adults, 5:30 p.m., Wastewater Treatment Plant; Seasonal Supper with Fletcher Towell, 5:30–7 p.m., Ah Haa School for the Arts; Live at HQ: An Off-Season Mini Series with Atari Safari, 6:30 p.m., Telluride Arts HQ.
- Meet Me in St. Louis: October 19–22 at the Sheridan Opera House, 7 p.m. Thursday–Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. The introduction identified this as the Not-So-Young-People’s Theater production.
- Tofu Five Ways: October 20, 6–8 p.m., Ah Haa School for the Arts.
- October 21: Met HD Opera: Dead Man Walking, 11 a.m., Michael D. Palm Theatre; Horror Book Club, 2–4 p.m., Wilkinson Public Library; EsoTerra Hard Cider Tasting and Pairing, 6–8 p.m., Ah Haa School for the Arts.
- The poster printed a gondola maintenance closing notice for October 21 at 11:59 p.m. This is preserved as the poster’s historical notice, not a current operating time.
Publication and ticket notices
The Tourism Board’s introduction said its next regular Peak Sheet would appear November 16, with a separate Halloween edition planned before then. The original FAQ incorrectly turned that into a publishing promise by Mountain Rose Realty. The source also said the Opera House’s winter show schedule had been released and tickets were on sale at that time; it does not establish availability today.
