DarGlobal’s official Tierra Viva page, reviewed September 27, 2026, identifies DarGlobal as the developer and describes the architecture as inspired by Automobili Lamborghini. It labels the project under development with expected completion in June 2028. That is a developer expectation, not a contractual delivery guarantee or proof of completed amenities.

These statements belong to the January feature; current availability, prices and payment methods have not been established by this archive.

Its overall summary range differs from some individual model areas, and the current developer page also uses more than one area range. The original feature reported five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, approximately 7,424 square feet (690 square metres) of home area and a 26,648-square-foot (2,476-square-metre) plot. It emphasized sculptural forms and large glass openings.

The January feature promoted elevated sea views, private access and a gated community with 24-hour security. It listed a fitness studio, hammam and wellness spa, outdoor pool and jacuzzis, owners’ lounge, children’s play area and Velocity bar and lounge. These are marketing descriptions from the feature, not an inspection of completed facilities or a guarantee of unobstructed views, safety, services or inclusions for a particular villa.
Its travel estimates were about five minutes to Mediterranean shores, 12 to Puerto Banús, 16 to the Marbella Club Golden Mile, 18 to Nobu Hotel Marbella, 40 to Gibraltar and 45 to Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport. Those estimates were not independently verified and depend on the exact route, destination and conditions. Check current travel arrangements separately.
Ask the authorized seller to identify the specific unit, included features, land and building rights, construction stage, payment requirements, completion conditions, running costs and management obligations in writing.
