This archive preserves the advertised December 2024 schedule for Ski Bum the Musical, an original Telluride Theatre production written by Lionel Starr/LIF TKT. These performance dates have passed. Visit Telluride Theatre for current productions and ticket information.
Set in the 1990s, the musical follows Johnny Stardust, a career-driven college graduate whose life takes an unexpected turn when he discovers a ski town. Powder days and parties draw him in, but he also encounters the complexities of living in a mountain community. As development threatens the town, a group of ski bums rallies to preserve their way of life.
The original feature described a production blending humor, music, and the tensions between mountain-town adventure, community, and change.
The published schedule listed performances at 7 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on December 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, and 22, 2024. This is a record of that schedule, not a current performance listing.
