Think string lights, blue-and-white banners, oompah music, pretzels, bratwurst and people wandering from one activity to another, all surrounded by the San Juan Mountains.

How important is immediate ski access?
Do you want the activity of the core nearby, or would you rather retreat from it when you get home?
Those questions often clarify the real estate decision much faster than another comparison of bedroom counts and square footage.
