...This is it, folks - The last Peak Sheet for the season! What an amazing fall we've had and it's hard to believe that the next Peak Sheet will come out when the flakes are flying. We hope everyone has an amazing off-season - Be sure to put those maps in the freezer!
The season may be winding down but there are still plenty of events to enjoy before the Gondola closes at midnight on October 19.
Spooky season gets started this weekend with the Telluride Horror Show all weekend long. Passes and six packs are still available here.
Historic Walking Tours continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays through next week, the last Lone Tree Cemetery Tour of the season is on Friday, and Lamplight Cemetery Tours will take place October 17 & 24.
Additional events include the last Farmers' Market of the season on Friday, Mountain Village's Oktoberfest on Saturday in Conference Center Plaza, a Flatliner Face/Off at The National on Sunday, a free wine tasting at the Mountain Village Wine Merchant on Wednesdays, and a production of Mary Poppins at the Sheridan Opera House from October 16-19.
Other noteworthy events for locals include the TASP Fall Online Auction through the 15, Electronics Recycling Event on Friday and Saturday at Carhenge, and a Path to Homeownership seminar on Tuesday at the Wilkinson Public Library.
